Councillor Keith Darvill is a former MP for Upminster and has served as a Havering Borough Councillor since 2002.

Keith led a motion declaring a climate emergency in Havering and worked on the Climate Change Action Plan which sought to improve the borough’s resilience and tackle climate change.
